After a tough rugby game yesterday it was either a trip to the gym or go for a sail. Plumped for the sail and having been convinced on the way over there was no wind was pleasently suprised to see Michael planing about when I drove into the club.

Rigged up the kit and went out blasting for a good couple of hours until fatigue from the exersions yesterday set in.

Good to get ou tho!!!
